During project implementation, our Customer Service assists you in the following areas: factory acceptance test, customer documentation, customer training and installation. It also provides support during the warranty period once the project has been handed over.
During and after the warranty period, Customer Service offers the following services to customers of your ticket vending machines and management systems:

- Event management and analysis
- Repairs and modifications
- Conversions and upgrades
- Fare and ticket design changes
- Sales of replacement parts
- Maintenance and support agreements
Our modular maintenance agreement concept enables us to draw up an agreement tailored to your individual service needs, from basic system maintenance to operation throughout the life cycle of the system.
